Happy Friday everyone! I hope you’ve each had a great week and are ready for the weekend!

As you may know, last week I started asking your “what’s your favorite” questions. If you have a question you’d like to have answered, you can ask it here. I’ll be using each person’s question in the order I received them.

This week’s question comes from V.J. at One Woman’s Quest:

What’s your favorite recent read?

Please help us build up our reading list and share the best thing you’ve read recently!

I hope you each have a wonderful, relaxing weekend!

  1. Awesome – we’re building a list! I just finished Ordinary Grace by William Kent Krueger. A coming of age story about a young man. Well done. I always listen to the audio version and this one was well read.

  2. I recently read Tribe of Mentors by Tim Ferris…he sent thought provoking questions to leaders in industry, finance, and sports and includes their replies. It is really interesting to see common themes among the different people….for instance…mindfulness is mentioned by countless people. Its a book that you can read in snippets and still get lots of benefits.

  3. Recently, I just cleaned out my mom’s bookshelf. All of the old authors were there that we used to read together… I have been reunited with Phillis A. Whitney, Nora Roberts, Sydney Sheldon and James Patterson. I know its hip to read the latest off of Goodreads, but these authors can stand the test of time. Anything by Alice Hoffman and Isabel Allende you will find on my current bookshelf for enjoyment reads.~Kim (then we go into non-fiction and self-help but let’s keep this fun…)

  4. Terri, you are after my own heart with the Phyllis Whitney books! I am trying something new, three quotes, it’ll be fun, you are my nominee. HAHA! Just look at my post before you say no! “Q.3” on my site.~k.

Please tell me what you think!
