What’s your favorite way to get some exercise?
I know not everyone can participate in a traditional exercise program due to health reasons, so I’m not just talking about the “going to the gym” type of exercise. If that’s your favorite though, of course we want to hear about it. Whether it’s conventional exercise programs or ways that you simply incorporate more movement into your day-to-day life, please share!
