Wow! Is it Friday again already? Time sure flies! Happy Friday everyone!
Thanks so much for sharing your favorite ways to reduce stress during the holidays last week! You all had some fantastic ideas! If you didn’t see everyone’s suggestions, please check out last week’s Favorites post. Since you’re coming up with such great ideas each week, I’ve decided to start a board on my Pinterest page that will be called Bloggers’ Favorites and I’ll be pinning each week’s post there so they’re all in one convenient place. Enough of me talking…. Now it’s time for you to share.
What’s your favorite time saver?
This can be anything from some sort of kitchen tool, housecleaning product, or system you have in place to save you time…. Whatever saves you time, I’d love to hear about.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Blessings,
~Terri
In my case, it’s energy savers – but my husband buys Costco chicken breasts and we cook them all at once and then freeze individually (one feeds two of us). It’s easy to pull out a pre-cooked breast and add to a stir fry, or rice, or soup, or with a side of veggies for dinner.
That’s a fantastic idea! I love those things that save you time in the kitchen. You can still have a home-cooked meal without as much work. Thanks for sharing!
I use Evernote to save recipes and articles I want to refer back to. The application makes it quick and easy. Evernote.Com
What a great idea! Thanks for sharing!
I will be checking back. These posts are great and I love hearing everyone’s ideas!~k.
Thanks Kim! I love learning from everyone, and people have shared some great ideas.
Goodness that is a difficult one but I suppose writing lists and doing the most important things first helps me stay on track.
That’s great advice Brigid. I’m glad to know I’m not the only list maker.😊 Thanks for sharing!
I’m exactly the same. I’m forever writing to-do lists to keep on top of things. I use lots of sticky notes too, and make sure to add all appointments and key things on my calendar (as well as my phone calendar as my memory can be pretty awful).
Yes. Memory is a problem for me too. I could not manage without those lists!
It’s so nice to see I’m not the only list maker in the group. Making sure we remember everything is definitely a time saver. I know it saves me a lot of trips to the grocery store.😃
I use cast iron pans for the iron. Cleaning them is not fun. We bought this mesh cleaner called The Ringer and it works quickly, easily and you can use it on Pyrex too. Saves time, easy to use…win, win😊
Thanks for telling us about The Ringer. I wonder if, since it’s mesh, it could be used on non-stick pans as well. Thanks for sharing!
I’m not sure as it’s a bit abrasive. It’s a little miracle cleaner for cast iron though😁

I set everything up for breakfast the night before, even the lunch bag is ready. I don’t like thinking early in the morning 🙂
That’s such a great idea, and I’m sure it saves a lot of time. I don’t like to have to think very much in the morning either.😊 Thanks for sharing!
